Flows at TJB roughly dropping by 72 cfs per hour

Update on the flows on the OV/Racecourse: at 10 pm last night the gauge reported 4,010 cfs, and at 9:30 am this morning the gauge reported 3,180 cfs. Some quick math:

flow drop: 4,010 - 3,180 cfs = 830 cfs drop
hours from 10 pm to 9:30 am = 11.5 hours
rate of flow drop: 830 cfs / 11.5 hours = about 72.17 cfs per hour

To put this into perspective, every two hours the river drops by the amount of flow the Racecourse often had in the middle/end of last summer (about 144 cfs)!
